Virtually unusable, constant problems streaming. Not my system, BT Sport works faultlessly.
Absolutely dreadful app. Waste of time and my money This keeps happening and it's not my phone Once again I am having trouble with this app. My advice to anyone is don't bother. A 1* review is generous
I love Manchester United
Got the app so my son could see everthing he wanted. I was under the impression that if i subscribe, then he can watch the games live....apparently not! Not only does it tell him that he can only listen to radio commentary, it doesn't actually give you a link to listen! Now that the game is over, he wants to watch highlights. But its telling me i have to subscribe to watch them....i just have subscribed!!! All I'm paying a subscription for it seems, is to have a load of menus!! Refund?
The amount of content and overall presentation is great, but the casting function is absolutely terrible and it seems like over the last few months it's become almost unwatchable. Always crashing. I can't even cast an entire press conference to my TV without freezing and crashing after a few minutes. Making it through a whole match? Forget about it. Why isn't the app available on android tv?
I have subscribed for annual plan yesterday, but today the app says 'subscribe to watch' as if im not yet subscribed. I have contacted the support team and still don't have any solution. Waste of my 12 months subscription.
